How to write a Sales Plan

You’ve got some leads and you’ve given yourself a quota to follow up. Now what! How do you bridge the gap? You need to plan for sales. If your job relies on selling to customers then you need to create a sales plan. This workshop will show you how to structure a sales plan and what you need to put in it.
