Customer Service Training - Public Program

This practical and engaging customer service program has been put together in response to local demand.

We have kept it short to reduce cost and focussed on both Retail and Hospitality as the predominant forms of customer service across the district.

The trainer will be John Meredith, an experienced professional trainer who has extensive hands on experience in both retail and hospitality.
